Cambridge Water (part of Staffordshire Water Plc, which incorporates South Staffs Water) has announced it has appointed David Brown as Transformation Director, a newly-created role.
David brings over 20 years of experience in leading transformation and operational improvement across regulated, customer-focused utility sectors. His background includes developing long-term transformation strategies and leading large-scale change initiatives, with a focus on accelerating progress towards net-zero goals and enhancing operational performance.
Prior to this role, David held senior transformation and operational leadership positions at major UK utilities, and throughout his career, he has worked extensively with national engineering and field service teams to improve customer experience and deliver tangible value.
