PLW Waterwork, division of Webber and Cadagua, was selected to develop a wastewater treatment plant in Pflugerville, Texas. The project strengthens the company’s efforts to improve America’s infrastructure as part of its Horizon 24 plan. The works are expected to be completed in 2026.
