Atos has signed an agreement to become the strategic ServiceNow partner to Scottish Water, in a deepening of the partnership to facilitate the transformation programme for Scotland’s leading water utility.
An existing strategic supplier to Scottish Water and a global ServiceNow Elite partner, Atos delivers a wide-ranging portfolio of core infrastructure and customer-focused digital services. The new agreement will facilitate connected operations and data-led insights, improve customer service management and streamline field workforce and supply chain management, enabling Scottish Water to navigate an evolving regulatory landscape and help deliver an omni-channel customer experience.
Rob Mustard, Scottish Water’s Director of Digital, said: “In adopting this approach we see an opportunity for enhanced collaboration resulting in improved outcomes with ServiceNow the platform for simultaneously driving digital convergence, operational efficiency and ultimately, customer satisfaction.”
Andy Corkhill, Vice President Energy & Utilities, Atos UK & Ireland, said: “We were able to provide a compelling and integrated solution that in the short term helps Scottish Water maximise its ServiceNow investment and in the longer term creates a value-added partnership which helps address key business challenges.”
Atos has been named as a leader in the ServiceNow Services PEAK Matrix® Assessment 2021 while Engage ESM, an Atos company, is recognised as the 2020 ServiceNow Global Accelerated Growth Partner of the Year.
