He spoke about the challenges in the management of water services in Miami-Dade County (Florida).
This event is an initiative sponsored by the University of Alcalá, whose purpose is to promote an independent space for reflection and dialogue on the urban water cycle from the perspective of its management, in order to address different challenges facing the sector and that are the topicality and priority around the world.
