Wiebke Bartz Zuccala, Policy analyst, Financing for Sustainable Development Division, OECD, participated in the block on innovation in governance and the design of incentives to ensure equity in access to water held at the VIII Foro de la Economía del Agua at the Francisco Giner de los Ríos Foundation on 7th of September.
This event is an initiative sponsored by the University of Alcalá, whose purpose is to promote an independent space for reflection and dialogue on the urban water cycle from the perspective of its management, in order to address different challenges facing the sector and that are the topicality and priority, not only in Spain, but worldwide.
