Peter Glas, President of the Water Governance Initiative of the OECD, President of Water Board of Dommel (The Netherlands) and Chairman of the Board of the Tauw Foundation, spoke in the block corresponding to "The need to rewrite the social contract around the water "of the VIII Forum of the Economy of Water in the Francisco Giner de los Rios Foundation, which was held on September 27th, 2018.
This event is an initiative sponsored by the University of Alcalá that aims to promote an independent space for reflection and dialogue on the urban water cycle from the perspective of its management, in order to address different challenges facing the sector and that are the topicality and priority, not only in Spain, but worldwide.
