Ingrid Roelvink has joined IHE Delft as Operational Director and Chair of the Management Board. Roelvink has a proven track record in guiding academic and other organisations towards becoming sustainable and future-proof. She has demonstrated the ability to guide complex organisational transitions successfully. Her solid background in finance and human resources complements IHE Delft’s current leadership, as Vice Rector Graham Jewitt has extensive experience and a valuable network in the international water and academic sectors.

IHE Delft family
The interim Managing Board/Rectorate will consist of two members. Graham Jewitt will continue to serve as Vice Rector and Academic Director for this period. IHE Delft welcomes Ingrid Roelvink to the IHE Delft family.
The appointment comes after the resignation of Eddy Moors as rector of IHE Delft. He will continue as special advisor until 1 April 2026, supporting partnerships and business development activities.
