About the entity

Inframark
Inframark is an independent, American-owned company widely recognized as a leader in Water Infrastructure Operations and Infrastructure Management Services.

Inframark, LLC, is pleased to announce that the company has entered into a five-year partnership for the operations and maintenance (O&M) services for the City of Bowling Green, Fla. The project includes a brackish water reverse osmosis treatment plant and an advanced wastewater facility that provides reuse water to a nearby industrial facility, as well as collection and distribution systems.

This City has historically managed the operation of the system itself, but has decided to enter into a full-service partnership with Inframark that will ensure qualified staffing and budget certainty for the duration of the contract, which goes into effect September 1, 2020.

“I couldn’t be more pleased with the partnership that we made with Inframark,” said Bowling Green Mayor Steve Spinks. “Their reputation as an industry leader precedes them and we are certain that Bowling Green will be moving into the future with Inframark operating our water systems.”

The addition of Bowling Green builds on Inframark’s growing presence in Florida, where the company now operates 17 projects, including St. Lucie County and the City of Hialeah. With more than 40 years of operating history in the Sunshine State, Inframark provides professional services to nearly 1.6 million people.

“This partnership leverages our demonstrated capabilities and comprehensive approach to full-service utility operations,” said Inframark’s Vice President Larry Malcom. “It also builds on our current portfolio of more than 300 long-term O&M contracts supporting critical water and wastewater needs throughout the U.S. We are proud to provide professional, cost-effective and high-caliber utility operations to communities like Bowling Green.”
