Following this transaction, the company will operate under the new name NSI Clean Water Solutions BV. This acquisition represents a strategic step in Saur Group’s MissionWater 2030 ambition to accelerate growth in the industrial water sector, broaden its portfolio of clean water technologies, and support clients with sustainable and resilient solutions worldwide.
