Saudi Water Partnership Company (SWPC) has announced the results of the second edition of its Pre-Qualification Program for Independent Water Projects (IWP) and Independent Sewage Treatment Projects (ISTP).
The program was reopened in March 2025 and attracted more than 60 interested developers seeking to qualify for SWPC’s upcoming projects. The initiative is intended to facilitate and expedite tendering procedures by establishing a permanent list of pre-qualified developers. It also aims to provide the private sector with sufficient time to form consortia, thereby enhancing competition for future projects.
The Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for relevant projects will be issued directly to the developers who have been pre-qualified under the program.
