Saudi-based Alkhorayef Water and Power Technologies Company has successfully obtained a water maintenance contract worth SR29 million ($7.7 million) from the National Water Company in Hafar Al Batin governorate.
Under this agreement, Alkhorayef Water and Power Technologies Company will assume responsibility for the operation and maintenance of the water sector in the Hafar Al Batin suburbs of the Eastern Province for a duration of 36 months, as stated in the company's filing to Tadawul.
The financial implications of this contract are set to commence in the second quarter, according to the company's statement.
