ClearWater Solutions (CWS), a leading provider of water and wastewater management services, has named Paul Quentel as its new Chief Executive Officer.
Bringing over 27 years of executive leadership experience, Quentel will oversee CWS’s operations and spearhead strategic initiatives aimed at expanding the company’s reach and optimizing its business processes. His role includes developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy to enhance efficiency and drive growth.

Before joining CWS, Quentel served as Managing Partner at Q Management Advisors, where he provided strategic guidance to businesses across various industries. His prior experience includes serving as CEO of Envirowaste Services Group, Inc., a leading provider of storm and wastewater system maintenance, repair, and rehabilitation in the Southeast, along with other executive leadership roles across multiple sectors.
Quentel holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
