Dominique Mowle has been appointed Finance Director for Cambridge Water and South Staffs Water, with effect from 2 January 2026.
Mowle joins the organisation after holding a series of senior financial leadership roles across major UK and international businesses. Most recently, she served as Group Head of FP&A at Severn Trent, following earlier positions at Groupe PSA, Home Retail Group, and Barclays, where she led work in financial planning, performance oversight and large-scale transformation.
In her new position, she will oversee the financial strategy and performance of both water companies as they move into a period of significant investment. Her role will be central to ensuring that financial management underpins the companies’ long-term priorities and supports the delivery of commitments to customers and regulators.
