This acquisition solidifies Garney’s presence in the Pacific Northwest, further enhancing its nationwide infrastructure capabilities.

With annual revenues exceeding $2 billion and a workforce of over 2,700 employee-owners across the country, Garney continues to build on its more than six-decade legacy as a top provider of water and wastewater solutions.
Founded in 1967, Emery & Sons has built a strong reputation in the Northwest as one of the region’s largest and most respected underground utility contractors. With nearly 60 years of experience, the company is known for its expertise in underground utilities, heavy civil construction, and municipal infrastructure projects.
