Integrated Water Services, Inc. (IWS), a U.S.-based provider of modular wastewater treatment and water reuse systems, has announced the acquisition of Tetrasolv Filtration, a company specialising in filtration, separation technologies, mobile media services and rental solutions.
The move is intended to broaden its capabilities in advanced water treatment by combining Tetrasolv’s purification technologies with IWS’s turnkey wastewater treatment and aftermarket service offering. The transaction follows IWS’s recent acquisition of Complete Filtration Resources, which expanded the group’s process filtration portfolio in the dairy, food and beverage sectors.
These additions strengthen the companies’ position in the industrial and municipal mid-market, with a combined offering that includes membrane bioreactors (MBR), aeration systems and advanced media filtration technologies. IWS is owned by Sciens Water, an investor focused on the U.S. and international water sectors.

Tetrasolv will continue operating as an IWS subsidiary, retaining its manufacturing headquarters in Anderson, Indiana, as well as service centres in Texas, Florida and Pennsylvania. The combined organisation aims to support water reuse and environmental remediation projects across the United States.
