Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC) has launched a tender for repair and replacement works on seawater pipelines, in preparation for a planned refinery turnaround scheduled for 2027.
The tender is being managed through Kuwait's K-Tendering electronic platform, with bid submissions open until 23 July 2026.
The contract has been structured as a single, non-divisible package, meaning it will be awarded in full to one contractor rather than split across multiple parties. Eligibility is limited to 21 companies that hold prequalification status on the unified approved contractors register overseen by Kuwait's Central Qualification Committee.
