The National Water Company has completed two water and sanitation projects in the Qassim region at a combined cost of more than SAR 48 million, equivalent to about $12.8 million.
According to the company, the projects included the installation of more than 65 kilometers of water networks and pipelines in several districts of Buraidah, including Al Yarmouk, Al Rawabi, Al Ghadir, and Al Rawaq. In addition, more than 40 kilometers of sewage networks and lines were installed in Al Rass governorate.
The company said the projects are expected to benefit more than 20,000 residents across the Qassim region by expanding water and wastewater service coverage and supporting improvements in operational performance.
The projects form part of broader infrastructure development efforts aligned with Saudi Vision 2030, which includes goals related to service delivery and living standards.
