United Flow Technologies (UFT) has acquired Peak Group Companies, adding coverage across the Northern Rockies and Northern Plains to its existing water and wastewater distribution network.
UFT, a technical distributor serving municipal and industrial water and wastewater treatment markets backed by Berkshire Partners, said the deal extends its footprint in the Mountain West and bolsters its capabilities in pump, process equipment, and wastewater construction and maintenance services.
"Peak Group is a strong strategic fit that enhances our platform with meaningful wastewater scale and technical depth," said CEO Matt Hart. "This addition positions UFT to accelerate growth in the Mountain West."
Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
