United Gulf Construction wins $317 million contract for Doha Water Distribution Complex
United Gulf Construction Company, based in Kuwait, has been awarded a contract worth KD97.4 million ($317 million) by the Ministry of Electricity, Water, and Renewable Energy. The contract involves the construction, maintenance, and development of essential facilities at the Doha Water Distribution Complex.
The project includes the establishment of a new pump station at the Complex, alongside other related works, in line with the ministry's initiative to enhance Kuwait’s water infrastructure capacity. Once completed, the project is expected to increase the water storage capacity of the complex by around 130 million imperial gallons.
