Weisinger Incorporated, a leading provider of groundwater services across Texas, has announced the completion of its acquisition of C&C Groundwater Services, LLC, based in Boerne, Texas. This marks Weisinger’s first acquisition since partnering with XPV Water Partners.
Founded in 2004 by Kyle Courtney, C&C is recognized as a key player in groundwater services for the industrial sector, particularly in the aggregate and mining industries. The company serves a growing base of customers across Central and South Texas. The acquisition strengthens Weisinger’s operations, adding air rotary drilling services to its extensive fleet while expanding into new vertical markets.
