After three years as the Chairman and CEO, Sabrina Soussan has decided to leave the group on January 31st, 2025, to dedicate herself to new professional projects.
Starting January 1st, 2025, Thierry Déau will chair the Board of Directors. A search for the next CEO will be launched. Sabrina Soussan will ensure the operational continuity of the company and the transition with the new Chairman until her departure.
Thierry Déau, Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, declared: “The Board of Directors and myself warmly thank Sabrina Soussan for her valuable contribution and the excellent work in restructuring, organizing, and developing the group over the past three years. Under her leadership, SUEZ continued to grow at a high annual rate, innovate, and offer high-quality solutions to its clients while improving profitability. With a robust financial situation and a solid pipeline of significant projects, the company can look to the future with confidence and serenity”.
