Tedagua has been honored by Panama’s Ministry of Environment under the Reduce Your Corporate Footprint – Carbon program, reaffirming its dedication to sustainability and responsible environmental management.
The company first earned the Carbon Footprint Reduction Seal in 2023 and successfully renewed it in 2024, also receiving the official physical award from the
Ministry. Tedagua remains the only company in the construction sector to achieve this distinction, underscoring its leadership in implementing effective environmental
policies.
In 2025, the company has once again registered in the program and is currently calculating its updated carbon footprint. The next step will be to submit these results for third-party verification through an external consultancy, aiming to reach a higher level within the program.
Representatives from Tedagua attended the award ceremony, reinforcing the company’s direct involvement in initiatives that promote corporate sustainability. This recognition adds to Tedagua’s ongoing efforts to integrate environmental solutions across its operations, particularly in the water and construction sectors.
With more than 40 years of experience, Tedagua has established itself as a benchmark in sustainable water cycle solutions. The company designs, builds, and operates hydraulic infrastructure worldwide, driven by innovation, energy efficiency, and environmental stewardship—ensuring access to quality water for generations to come.
