XPV Water Partners has completed the sale of Isle Utilities (“Isle”) to Palatine, a UK mid-market private equity investor committed to sustainable growth for environment and society.
Isle Utilities is a global innovation consultancy specializing in the development and commercialization of emerging technologies in the water and environmental sectors. The firm acts as a partner across the entire innovation cycle, leading on sustainability and climate issues in water and the broader environmental sector, and bridging the gap between early-stage technology and the adoption of solutions.
