ACCIONA’s Water Division has been awarded the “Equality in the Company” Seal of Distinction (acronym in Spanish: DIE) by the Ministry of Equality through its Institute for Women’s Affairs in a call for 2023.
It is a prestigious award that highlights the policies on equal treatment and opportunities applied in the company. Through this recognition, ACCIONA joins the network of companies who have received the DIE to exchange their practices and experiences in equal opportunities between women and men in the work environment.
Ana Redondo, Minister of Equality in the Spanish Government, Isabel García, Director of Institute for Women’s Affairs and Begoña Suárez, Assistant Director of the Institute, presented the award to Constanza González-Gordon, Director of Organization, Talent and Health of the Infrastructure Division of ACCIONA.
