Marcos Barrera has been appointed as the new CEO, succeeding Agustín Ramírez, who will continue to play an active role in the company as a board member, advisor, and shareholder.

This change marks a natural evolution in Aganova’s journey, aligned with the company’s strategy to strengthen its executive team and scale internationally.

Aganova is also expanding its international footprint with offices in the Middle East and Brazil, reinforcing its commitment to being closer to clients and infrastructure operators across strategic markets.
