In order to accelerate its technological innovation process in the field of drinking water and sanitation, EPM joined the Global Technology Approval Group (TAG) of Isle Utilities, a collaborative forum that connects the most innovative water companies in the world and allows participants to access information on new technologies emerging in the market.

Jorge Andrés Carrillo Cardoso, general manager of EPM, explained that this forum also brings together efforts to improve the quality of services and make management more efficient, identifying the best technologies to face challenges in a context of scarcity of resources and the need to adapt to climate change.

"In the continuous monitoring that we do within the technological innovation ecosystem, we identified Isle Utilities as one of the main technological innovation networks in the Water business in the world, and hence our interest in linking to it in order to strengthen the technological management of the EPM Group," concluded Carrillo Cardoso.

Isle Utilities is an innovation consultancy specialising in the development and commercialisation of emerging technologies in the water and environment sectors.
