The National Water Company (NWC), represented by the Southern Cluster, announced the launch of 3 drinking water projects in Al-Hurrath governorate and 26 villages belonging to the governorate. This action is done to meet the increasing demand for water according to the approved schedules. Meanwhile, NWC stressed that it considers the highest quality standards in the implementation of its projects.

The company said: "We started operating the drinking water system in parts of Al-Hurrath governorate and its villages with lengths of 412 kilometers of main lines and networks to feed the Al-Sudi and Ramada reservoirs with a total capacity of 30,000 cubic meters to serve more than 7,000 beneficiaries." 

The projects cost more than 86 million Saudi Riyals to improve operational efficiency in the water sector and increase coverage rates in the Jazan region according to the highest quality and performance standards to achieve the goals of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
