Cimbria Capital portfolio firm, AMI Global, has announced on its LinkedIn page that Dr. Lukas Loeffler, Ph.D., has joined its Board of Directors. Dr. Loeffler, a seasoned C-Suite executive, brings extensive international business acumen and a proven track record of success in growing businesses specializing in water technologies, industrial software, hardware, and automation.
Previously, Dr. Loeffler served as the President of the Global Water and Wastewater Segment at Schneider Electric, playing a pivotal role in driving digital transformation within the water sector. Before his tenure at Schneider Electric, he held the positions of President & CEO at Evoqua (formerly Siemens) Water Technologies in the U.S., where he successfully orchestrated the transformation of the $1.5 billion global conglomerate into an integrated business, culminating in its sale to a financial investor. Currently, Dr. Loeffler serves as a board member for several companies in the water and industrial sectors, including water-focused data analytics firm APX10, hydraulics specialist HYDAC Technology Corp., Nijhuis Saur Industries B.V. - a specialist in industrial wastewater, and LOGISTEC Corp., a publicly traded marine and environmental solutions company.
