Azuria Water Solutions has continued its expansion drive in February 2026 with acquisitions that reinforce its technical and geographic reach across the United States water sector.
The company has announced the acquisition of Waterline Renewal Technologies, a manufacturer and distributor of trenchless rehabilitation products for wastewater and stormwater infrastructure. Based in Ottawa, Illinois, Waterline supplies engineered equipment and materials nationwide, serving residential, municipal, commercial and industrial markets.
Its portfolio includes established brands such as Perma-Liner Industries, LMK Technologies, LightRay and APM, covering cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lateral lining, UV curing systems, and sealing and mortar technologies for municipal applications. Waterline’s team will remain in place to support ongoing growth and product development.
Moreover, Azuria confirmed the acquisition of Infrastructure Systems, Inc., a contractor specializing in water and sewer pipeline rehabilitation in southern Indiana and Kentucky. Following the transaction, the company will operate as Insituform Technologies USA, an Azuria company, with Devin Schmidt, Jon Stalker and Charles Crites remaining to lead the business.
These announcements follow Azuria’s recent acquisition of Caliagua, Inc., a California-based engineering and construction firm focused on water and wastewater infrastructure, further strengthening its presence in the western United States.
Taken together, the three transactions highlight Azuria’s strategy of combining product innovation, trenchless technologies and engineering expertise to address aging water and wastewater assets in diverse regional markets.
