Rajeshkumar P will be the Managing Director of WaterBear Energy Solutions Pvt Ltd, based in Chennai, India. He has announced he will take the entrepreneur route and start a new entity, WaterBear, to work towards solving the world’s water and energy problems.
The move comes after working with Gurndfos for more than 10 years on different roles that include sales, business development and marketing, most recently as Senior Regional Marketing Manager.
A thorough marketing and turnaround professional well capable of perceiving the market dynamics, Rajeshkumar P is a Mechanical Engineer from Mepco Schlenk Engineering College (Anna University, Chennai) and has an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Rohtak.
WaterBear works to solve the biggest problems in commercial and residential buildings: improving water efficiency and reducing energy consumption to create a positive impact by reducing CO2 emissions. In addition, the company is present in the energy audit, and water and wastewater treatment markets, and is one of the Authorised Grundfos Distributors in Chennai.
