Tetra Tech, a global leader in high-end consulting and engineering services focused on water, environmental, and sustainable infrastructure solutions, has announced a definitive agreement to acquire SAGE Group. The Australia-based firm is recognised for its cutting-edge automation services in municipal water, industrial manufacturing, smart infrastructure, and systems integration.

SAGE Group brings a strong reputation for delivering innovative technology and top-tier automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support digital transformation initiatives. Its work spans commercial and government sectors across water, energy, transportation, defense, and manufacturing. By integrating SAGE’s expertise, Tetra Tech aims to broaden its digital systems capabilities and offer enhanced services in areas such as electrical and instrumentation design, control systems engineering, cybersecurity, and cloud-based integration.

Upon completion of the transaction, SAGE Group will become part of Tetra Tech’s Commercial International Business Group

Upon completion of the transaction, SAGE Group will become part of Tetra Tech’s Commercial International Business Group. The acquisition remains subject to customary closing conditions.
