“We're honoured to introduce the third installment of the SWAN UAG to the global smart water community. Building off of two successful cohorts that helped shape our regional and global presence, we are excited to collaborate with these diverse, senior utility leaders. Their extensive knowledge and networks further strengthen our reach and ambitious goal of accelerating smart water globally”, stated SWAN Executive Director, Amir Cahn.
Reflecting on the significance of joining this group, Yvonne Carney of WSSC Water remarked: "Serving on the SWAN Utility Advisory Group enables global utility collaboration required to solve some of the most pressing municipal water, wastewater and stormwater problems. Representing WSSC Water, I'm excited to work with this inspirational cohort of leaders and also have the opportunity to share my experience in strategic performance and the role of data-driven technologies, strategies, and mindsets in addressing water and wastewater utility needs not only for the present, but for generations to come."
Kelvin Siew of Air Selangor added: “We are seeing and experiencing a rise in the digitisation of utilities. This is an instrumental time to be part of SWAN's ecosystem and I am proud to be part of this cohort with senior utility colleagues from around the world. I look forward to actively representing Air Selangor and APAC utilities, sharing both challenges and opportunities to help accelerate the smart water sector."
