With global concerns of water scarcity, lack of clean water access and efficient use of water in business and industry, a new Xylem podcast called “Solving Water” is a resource for water professionals and consumers alike to learn more about these vital issues.
“Solving Water: A Xylem Podcast” wades into the trending topics, technology and behind-the-scenes stories of Xylem’s work addressing water challenges around the world. In each episode, Xylem experts and industry thought leaders discuss water challenges and solutions as they apply to Xylem’s wide range of applications from water utilities, residential, commercial building systems and rural and agriculture technology. “Solving Water” will also discuss how Xylem is helping make water more efficient, safe and sustainable for all.
“Through the Water Cycle,” co-hosted by Xylem’s Amanda Holloway, Americas PR and Social Media Leader, features episodes on water reuse, treatment and transport, stressed water supply, monitoring and controls and touch on industry issues like harmful algal blooms and regulatory compliance. The first episode of “Through the Water Cycle” discusses how facilities can better prepare for flooding, improve stormwater management and utilize early warning sensor technology.
The Xylem podcast library also includes “In the Field with Goulds Water Technology,” highlighting Xylem’s residential water market, and “The Bell & Gossett Podcast,” targeting the commercial buildings market. Learn more about each show and listen to the first episodes, here.
