At Schneider Electric’s Innovation Summit World Tour, Emmanuel Lagarrigue, Chief Innovation Officer of Schneider Electric had the chance to speak with Diane Galbe, Sr Executive VP, Strategy and Smart & Environmental Solutions at SUEZ, about digitalization, climate change and sustainability.
“Innovation enables us to have a positive outlook on the future. Facing many adverse events, such as COVID-19, innovation brings us hope,” highlighted Galbe when asked what innovation represented.
Digitalization provides the water industry with endless possibilities and can transform how a company tackles certain issues. “Digitalization enables us to gather data and really think outside the box, finding answers that we didn’t think were possible,” stated Diane Galbe during the interview.
Galbe continues by saying that for Suez, new digital tools are extremely important. The company is investing in digital technology. The company has shifted its strategy model, dedicating 30 percent to technology and digital.
