DuPont has appointed Lori D. Koch, the company’s Chief Financial Officer, as the new Chief Executive Officer. Effective June 1, 2024, Koch will take the helm from Edward D. Breen, who will transition to the role of full-time Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors. This leadership change will also see Koch joining the Board of Directors at its next scheduled meeting in June.
In tandem with Koch's promotion, Antonella B. Franzen, currently Chief Financial Officer of DuPont's Water and Protection segment, will step into the role of DuPont's Chief Financial Officer.
