Sanepar, the water and wastewater company of Paraná, Brazil, has welcomed Mr. Wilson Bley Lipski as its new CEO, succeeding Mr. Claudio Stabile. This transition was announced by the State Governor, Carlos Massa Ratinho Junior, who oversees the utility.
Lipski brings a background in Law from the Catholic University of Paraná, along with a postgraduate degree from the Brazilian Institute of Legal Studies in Contemporary Law. He previously served as the president of BRDE from November 2021 to February 2023 and held roles such as superintendent of Paranacidade, state secretary for Urban Development, and board member of the Paraná State Development Agency.
Meanwhile, Claudio Stabile, who has been at the helm of Sanepar since January 2019, will assume the position of Secretary of Administration and Welfare (Seap). Stabile holds a Law degree from the Faculty of Applied Social Sciences in Cascavel, with further studies in Sustainability of the Urban Territory of Paraná in France. His experience includes leadership roles at the Cascavel Public Servants Welfare Institute and as administrative-financial director of Paranacidade.
